When you enter the apartment and walk through the hallway, you arrive in the salon. All rooms apart from the bathroom are off the main living area. This cosy salon is very inviting. Should you have company, the sofa can turn into a bed. The bedroom is spacious and bright. Both the bedroom and the salon overlook an inner courtyard.

This comfortable bed was purchased in the spring of 2018. There is also a full length mirror at the end of the bed. The window provides natural light should you need to work at the desk in the bedroom. A large, double sized armoire makes it convenient to store your clothes in the bedroom. The compact kitchen has an open concept as well as a bar for dining.

In the kitchen, there is a small fridge, a two burner electric stovetop and a microwave/convection oven. The toilet and shower are located in the same room just off the entryway on your right when walking into the flat. In addition to what is shown in the photos, there is also a heated towel rack on the wall across from the sink.

For your convenience, the top loading washing machine is located in this room. There is also a drying rack at your disposal.
