This corner apartment is small but well laid out. When you enter the apartment, the bathroom with a toilet and a combination washing machine is immediately to your right. In addition to what is shown in the photos, there is also a mini, heated towel rack on the wall across from the sink.

Walking into the living area, just after the full-length mirror is a desk that folds up and a stool, making it a perfect workspace. A large, floor-to-ceiling cupboard has plenty of space for storage. The bench by the window also contains space for storage, as does the white cupboard by the dining table. The entryway has a cupboard high up to the ceiling for more storage.

The comfortable sofa bed was purchased in May 2025 and has a high-quality mattress. The two windows provide natural light, and there is a third window in the kitchen.

There is a small fridge, a two-burner induction stovetop, and a microwave/convection oven in the kitchen.

There is fibre optics internet included in the rent along with electricity, provided you don't over-consume. Although there is no television, there is a box should you wish to install your TV.

This furnished flat is in a vibrant area of the 17th just off rue des Dames and it is strickly non-smoking.
