This large studio has no vis-à-vis so light shines through to the space. Although there is no door to the area where the bed is, a curtain can easily be installed for privacy. The window provides natural light should you need to work at the desk in the bedroom. A large, double sized armoire makes it convenient to store your clothes by the bed. The compact kitchen has an open concept as well as a bar for dining, however, there is also a dining table and chairs. In the kitchen, there is a small fridge, a two-burner induction stovetop and an extraction fan. The toilet and bathroom are located in the same room just beside the kitchen. There is small bathtub with shower and an electric toilet. The washing machine is under the marble bar behind the yellow curtain. The calmness of this building and its courtyard will probably tempt you to never go out! Although there is no television, there is a stand on the wall should you wish to have one. Note that you must set up your own internet connection.

Located on the eastern tip of the Île de la Cité, which faces Île Saint-Louis, the street owes its name to the many canons who lived there. These members of the clergy were attached to the service of the nearby Notre-Dame Cathedral. A canon's house built in 1512 is still visible at number 24. Rue Chanoinesse was the main artery of the Notre-Dame cloister, a district delimited by the metropolitan church, the Hôtel-Dieu and the river, which "formed like another island, another city, in the island of the City”. It is 190 meters long, begins rue du Cloître-Notre-Dame and ends rue d'Arcole.
