Sophie Leberre: Sophie Le Berre grew up in France and started photography when she moved to New York in the beginning of the 90's.
Photography seemed the best way to catch all that the amazing city had to offer...the light, the architecture and the great cultural mix.
Being an autodidact she enrolled at the "New York School of Visual Arts" to study dark room procedure. At the same time she worked in the New York night life which gave
her countless opportunities to meet and photograph a multitude of fascinating personalities. Three years later she moved back to Paris and started as a photo fashion editor.
She worked alongside famous, international photographers such as Jean Batiste Mondino and Ellen von Unwerth in fashion advertising. Progressively she gave up styling and
turned exclusively to photography. Her graceful, graphic and poetic world along with her refined sense of fashion have seduced not only magazines such as "Dealer de Luxe",
"Madame Figaro" and "Marie Claire enfants", but also major clients such as Le Coq Sportif, Tara Jarmon and Les NŽreides.
