The Area
This apartment is located in Montmartre in the 18th district, where the movie Amelie Poulain took place. The building is at the corner of the
streets Damrémont and Lamarck which makes it a perfect location either for business or holiday.
The Sacre Coeur is 5 minutes away and the rue Damrémont is composed of many small shops which add to the village feel of Montmartre. You will
also find many restaurants serving French, Italian, Indian and more.
Location
Close to the flat, you have the metro stop Lamarck-Caulaincourt (line 12). Or even better, opposite the building, you can catch the buses 80 or
95 to go straight to Galeries Lafayette, Opera, Madeleine and the Champs Elysées. What a nice tour!

This one bedroom apartment is decorated in the Indonesian style which explains the name "Montmartre Zen".
You will definitely feel good in this atmosphere. Everything is cosy and was decorated to give people the impression to be at home.
Everything is new as the apartment was furnished in February 2008.
Located on the 6th and last floor, in a typical Haussmannian building and accessible by elevator, the apartment maximizes natural light and air
while minimizing noise.
The apartment incorporates parquet wooden floors and white bricks on the walls.
The large living room has a full dining table and chairs for six people (with candles to enjoy a romantic diner).
It also has a flat screen television with DVD player and two comfortable sofas. A guide book is provided to assist you in finding the best
restaurants, bars, shops, etc.
One of the sofas conveniently converts to bed if necessary.
From the living room you can enjoy a lovely view at any time of day or night to the Parisian roofs.
The spacious bedroom (in white and black style) with parquet flooring has a queen size bed and a big wardrobe with plenty of space to hang your
clothes.
Each bedside table has its own reading lamp.
Quality linen is provided to enjoy your night: fine cotton sheets, fluffy duvet and comfortable pillows.
The fully equipped separate kitchen has all that you might require: oven, dishwasher, micro wave, kettle, coffee machine.
If you want to eat as a French person may, you will find a raclette and fondue machine!
This is also the room where you will find the washing machine and dryer.
The typical Parisian bathroom is decorated in yellow and white. There is a shower in this room.
