This apartment is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris know as Montmartre, in a traditional 1910 Parisian building.
The centre piece of this popular and trendy area is the Sacre Coeur which is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
Our apartment is surrounded by a number of French bakeries, butcheries, fruit and vegetable stores. Just down the road is an outdoor market open 6 days a week. On your
door step are delightful restaurants and cafes.
Location
The apartment is situated 100 meters from the Metro Station Lamarck-Caulaincourt on line 12 and the number 80 bus stop is 150 meters from your door.
Along rue Caulaincourt you will find Award winning Ferret Michaux for haute cuisine and Arnaud Larher,the best Chocolatier in France 2007.
The apartment is close to the following places of interest : Montmartre vineyard, Place du Tertre and the Sacre Coeur as well as the Moulin Rouge
Our building at 40 Junot Ave is situated on the left of the Sacre Coeur where Avenue Junot meets rue Caulaincourt, a beautiful tree lined.

Your introduction to our flat at 40 avenue Junot is through a grand marble lobby.
You then pass through a typical French courtyard into a Parisian apartment building (see photo to above) and proceed by elevator up to the 5th floor.
Upon entering the apartment, you are met by a bright, tranquil and spacious living area.
The salon comprises an open plan passage and lounge combined with designer, built-in cupboards stretching all the way into the kitchen.
This arrangement of cupboards provide plenty of space to hang jackets and store personal belongings during your stay.
The living area contains traditional wooden floors, a Persian carpet, seating for 4 people, two reproduction Louis the XVI chairs,
coffee tables, lamps, a chest of drawers and a flat screen LCD TV.
Tucked away in its own little corner to the right of the television is a designated work area (desk and chair with high speed unlimited wireless internet access and
telephone) where one can work uninterrupted.
The gem of a kitchen has been completely renovated.
It is very spacious with all the modern appliances you need for a perfect stay: tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer/refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
The kitchen includes a large sized, wooden table and four chairs with all the necessary cutlery, cookware and dishes for four.
Should it be necessary, this table can be expanded to a larger size.
The bedroom is equipped with wall to wall carpets, a queen size bed and percale linen.
The comfortable queen sized bed is the perfect place to wake up to after a long day of strolling around Paris.
At the foot of the bed, there is a mirror as well as a convenient table where you can set your personal affairs.
The passage leading from the bedroom to the bathroom is lined with wall-to-wall cupboards.
On entering a well lit bathroom, your attention is captured by grey mosaics tiles, a modern basin and shower with a glass pivot door.
The shower is spacious compared to that of many other Paris apartments.
Underneath the sink is a cabinet where you can store your personal items.
As seen in this photo, the toilet is also in the same room.
This bathroom can also be accessed directly from the rest of the apartment so there is no need to walk through the bedroom.
Touches of original artwork embellish the walls of this apartment and we are sure you will find this flat at avenue Junot a true gem !
