Bedroom 1: Double Bed
This 52m2 apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful, traditional Parisian building.
We have just newly painted the apartment and purchased a new sofa bed for extra comfort.
The apartment, with its charming parquet flooring, has sleek furnishings giving a sophisticated and contemporary ambiance to it.
When you enter this flat, there is a thoroughly modern kitchen with a long counter furnished with beech and chrome stools. This can be used as
a bar or an eating space- perfect to have a café and croissant in the morning.
The window is behind you, overlooking a spacious and calm courtyard below.
All modern amenities are at your disposal in this bright, well planned kitchen including a combination washing machine
and drier. The top of the line coffee machine and kettle have been designed by Porsche.
There is an oven and hob as well as a microwave should you want to rustle up a delectable dinner with goods bought at the nearby Rue Lepic food
market, which has fabulous delicatessen, fish, cheese, wine, meat and grocery stores open until about 8PM every night.
In addition to the bar in the kitchen, there is dining table in the living room.
The living room, which has a ceiling to floor window is equipped with a television, DVD player and music system.
There are two coffee tables, a dining table and two Phillipe Starck Lord Yo chairs, with a third in the bedroom if needed.
The master bedroom comfortably sleeps two and is lit by morning sunshine which comes through the window to the left of the bed.
The bed is furnished with cotton sheets and pillowcases, and there is a generous supply of blankets and brightly coloured throws.
On the opposite wall of this window is the apartment's original marble fireplace and mirror.
Beside the fireplace is a Chinese armoire to store your clothes.
Directly across from the wardrobe, we have a sofa that allows you an extra place to relax or lay your things.
Touches of brunt orange accents both in this room and the living room provide a wonderful complement to
both the elegant furnishings and antique charm.
Off of the bedroom, is the bathroom with a full sized tub and hand held shower.
As you can see from the photo, it is a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
There is also a towel warmer and an ample supply of towels.
Some toiletries are at your disposal, as are towelling robes.
You have ample hanging and storage space in this apartment by means of a wall to wall closet in the bathroom. In addition, there are
storage drawers in both the bedroom and the living room.
There is a separate WC inside the front door to your right.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this very spacious flat that is filled with light thanks to a window in every room.
